I am 2 weeks in to the weight loss challenge and things are
going well. I have had some slip ups but overall I feel like I’m moving
forward. At the weigh in Monday I weighed 339.8. I am down 3.4 pounds since the
start. I have started this week to work out every day, whether it is just
walking or weights and walking, I am up and at school by 7:15 to hit the gym. I
have a friend who is a fitness/dance instructor working out with me and she has
a training regimen worked out for us. I have started the shakes for meal
replacement but I can see how boring those can get so I am looking for recipes
to change them up some.
